Record label & management

Simple Plan are managed by Coalition Music, a management company located in Montreal, Canada. Coalition Music (originally Coalition Entertainment) was founded in 1992 by Eric Lawrence and Rob Lanni. In 2001, they signed Simple Plan to their management roster and since then Eric Lawrence officially became Simple Plan’s manager.

Apart from Simple Plan, Coalition Music currently manages a number of artists including Our Lady Peace, Finger Eleven, The Waking Eyes or Justin Nozuka.

Over time, Coalition Music has managed to build a very strong online presence, mostly thanks to its determined team of employees dedicated to communicating with the fans.

Warner Music Group belongs to the top 3 major global record companies and was founded in 1958. Warner Music runs a large number of record labels - most notably under the Atlantic Records Group we can find Atlantic Records, the record label that Simple Plan have been signed to since the beginning of their career - since 2001.

The record deal ended after the fifth studio record (Taking One For The Team). Since then, Simple Plan release music as an independent band without a record label.
