Simple Plan’s two-night-stay in Chicago: how SP pranked their audience on April 1st

Friday and Saturday night in Chicago completely belonged to Simple Plan, who utterly rocked both of the sold-out shows in the Windy City. The concerts took place at the House Of Blues Chicago and each night 1 800 people, including all the girlfriends and wives of the members of Simple Plan gathered to see the boys play.

And since it was April 1st on Saturday [as you may have noticed yesterday via the SP.cz post yesterday], the guys from Simple Plan could not just leave it be and had to pull a little prank on their second Chicago audience. Danny Vance, Simple Plan’s tour manager got up on the stage before the band was supposed to go on and announced that Simple Plan would not be performing and that all their tickets would be rescheduled for another show. Some fans believed him, some have seen right through the lie – but eventually SP did get on the stage as expected and played another magnificent show.
