The main director of the music video is Chady Awad, Simple Plan’s photographer and videographer and additional footage for the video was taken by Beth Savaro, Tony Catalano and Charles Trippy (We The Kings).

Simple Plan to release music video for ‘Where I Belong’ feat. State Champs tomorrow: watch teaser trailer now!

The waiting has paid off and tomorrow, as an early Christmas present, Simple Plan & State Champs will be premiering their brand new music video for ‘Where I Belong’, which they filmed on their co-headlining tour in the United States.

The music video for ‘Where I Belong’ will premiere on Monday, December 23rd 2019 at noon EST / 5pm GMT time. So stay tuned, we’ll keep you posted!

VIDEO: Simple Plan performing in Los Angeles

Before Simple Plan head back to Australia, where they are set to perform at the Good Things Festival in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane as well as at two more side-shows in Gold Coast and Adelaide, let’s have a little look back at their last moments in the U.S.

One of the most anticipated shows of the U.S. tour with State Champs, as always, was the one in Los Angeles, since it’s where two of the band members (Pierre and Chuck) reside as well as their families and many of their friends as well. The guest list was packed and fans were able to see many familiar faces watching their set, including Avril Lavigne, Frank Borin or Machine Gun Kelly.

Simple Plan share photos from their song-writing sessions: have a look inside the studio!

Chady Awad, Simple Plan’s photographer, recently visited Chuck and Pierre in California, where they also invited him to join them in Chuck’s studio, where he got to snap a couple of great photos of this songwriting duo.

As you can see, Simple Plan are still in the midst of song-writing – but not for long – in just a week, they are headed back to Europe to play at Slam Dunk Festival and then there’s a number of other concert appearances throughout the summer in the U.S. and Canada, where we can expect to see them perform. As of right now, we still don’t know when the whole band will enter the recording studio to actually begin the recording process, but SP are aiming for it not to take very long now.

New photoshoots of the whole band from 2017

Given David has been absent from touring for most of 2017, it is very rare to find new photos of the whole band with all five original members present from last year. Luckily, the guys still keep some of these rare treasures locked away and release some of them every once in a while.

Recently, Simple Plan published the following two photos, which were assumingly taken in 2017 by their photographer Chady Awad, probably sometime in spring. Check them out in our gallery in its full size:
