A brand new book called “Chefs de familie” by Émilie Villeneuve and Clémence Risler that’s coming out tomorrow, April 9th 2015, focuses on the culinary practices of 20 personalities from the Quebec restaurant scene in their private lives – how they prepare meals for their children, what sort of dishes they tend to cook for their families etc.

As Jeff Stinco has become a vital part in the restaurant scene in Montreal, it was only fitting that he’d be one of the personalities interviewed for this book. In fact, the illustrator of the book Benoît Tardif depicted Jeff cooking with his two daughters Zoé and Maya in the following illustration that is also used in the book:
