The fact that Simple Plan are currently back in Australia brought back memories to many local fans of the past Australian shows back in 2011 and 2012 when Simple Plan had a whole film crew record some of their shows there, to be later produced into a live DVD from Australia<\/b>. Since then, the DVD has been in works – mostly edited by filmmaker Peter John<\/b> of Epik Films (who also worked on the glamorous “Loser Of The Year” video<\/a> from 2011). During the process of editing this live DVD, Peter has posted many little sneak peaks of it – which you can check out in the gallery<\/a>. But where is the DVD now? <\/p>\n

The time in Australia in the past few days has given Simple Plan a chance to catch up with Peter John, who has attended some of their shows at Warped Tour, and talk about the final release of this long-awaited live DVD. And it looks like things might finally be looking up! According to Jen<\/i>, Sebastien has revealed in Melbourne today that the live DVD from Australia should be released next month!<\/b> <\/p>\n

No other official statement about this live DVD has been released yet.<\/p>\n
