<\/center><\/p>\nDuring their recent visit of Montreal, Confront Magazine<\/a> had the opportunity to interview Malcolm and Tony from the band MKTO<\/b>. And since Montreal is the home of Simple Plan, who have collaborated<\/a> with MKTO on “Summer Paradise”<\/b> last year, Confront couldn’t forget to ask them about how this collaboration came about.<\/p>\n Check out an excerpt from this interview, in which MKTO discuss Simple Plan:<\/p>\n CONFRONT:<\/b> Now, I\u2019m going to bring up your collaboration with Simple Plan because they are from here so you may have gained some fans here through that.<\/p>\n TONY:<\/b> Absolutely, we appreciate any support! I grew up listening to Simple Plan and we got to hang out with them and they were dope. Pierre was awesome; such a nice guy.<\/p>\n MALCOLM:<\/b> We rode scooters on the beach!<\/p>\n CONFRONT:<\/b> Sounds awesome! And how did that come along?<\/p>\n BOTH:<\/b> Our producers!<\/p>\n TONY:<\/b> They had written \u201cSummer Paradise\u201d for Simple Plan and I think they had so many remixes of it already but when they asked us, we said we\u2019d love to do it; they\u2019re awesome dudes.<\/p>\n MALCOLM:<\/b> It was fun.<\/p>\n CONFRONT:<\/b> That\u2019s their way of releasing something for fans.<\/p>\n TONY:<\/b> Absolutely and that\u2019s what it\u2019s all about!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
