Back in Paris, France at the beginning of September, Pierre and Jeff sat down with Rockurlife.net<\/i> for an interview<\/a>. The guys firstly talked about their recent<\/a> tourbus accident<\/b>, which despite Jeff’s initial tweet was not cause by a drunk driver, but a driver who fell asleep behind the wheel. Apparently there was more damage on his car than on the tourbus (and everybody’s okay). <\/p>\n

Besides their well-being after the accident, the guys mostly discussed their upcoming record and the reasons behind the postponing of its release to early 2016. According to the interviewed members of Simple Plan, there’s a couple of reasons behind it – and besides them wanting to make the best record for their fans and choose the right songs – one of the other reasons is the fact that they still plan on adding some collaborations, which take a little longer to set up. The guys estimate that the logistics behind these new collaborations will probably last at least until January 2016.<\/b><\/p>\n
