\nInterestingly enough, even though Simple Plan’s song ‘Saturday’<\/b> will not be featured<\/a> on their upcoming fifth studio album, and has not been promoted as a single, some radio stations decided to put it in their rotation.<\/p>\n

What’s even more surprising is that despite the initial rather negative responses to this song, it seems to be doing really well on the ‘Evropa 2’ [Europe 2] radio station in the Czech Republic, where ‘Saturday’ currently holds position number 6 at the Evropa 2 Music Chart<\/b> (big thanks to Aneta<\/i> for the info)! This is very important especially since Evropa 2’s frequencies cover almost all of Czech Republic and therefore can be listened to from anywhere in the country. It is one of the most popular radio stations in the CR.<\/p>\n

‘Saturday’ managed to surpass songs such as Pharell William’s ‘Freedom’ or Carly Rae Jepsen’s ‘Run Away With Me’.
