\nYou may recall the beginning of the South American Simple Plan tour last December, when fans were very surprise to find out<\/a> that David would not be joining the rest of the band on the tour due to personal reasons. <\/p>\n

After months of being silent on this matter, with the next Simple Plan tour just weeks away, David finally spoke about his absence and also his return on tour<\/b> in a new post on Instagram<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Hi everyone, <\/p>\n

I just wanted to take a moment to let you know that I’ve been doing fine and I’m excited to be back on stage with the guys on the upcoming tour to play for y’all. Last year was quite an eventful and busy year and so I needed some time off living in my hometown recharging my batteries. <\/p>\n
