\"\"It’s been already few months since we’ve let you know that Rivers Cuomo, the lead singer of Weezer, is collaborating with Simple Plan on one song<\/strong>, which could end up on the new Simple Plan record. So far the song has been described by Simple Plan members as “funny, happy and rock”.<\/p>\n

Our beloved Patrick Langlois, who is working for MusiquePlus now, recently interviewed Rivers Cuomo<\/strong> and asked him about his collaboration with Simple Plan. Cuomo said:<\/p>\n

“They work super-hard on their record right now. It feels like a very important record for them, they wanna grow and I think it’s really smart they’re hooking up with different musicians, like myself, and experimenting, collaborating and seeing what kind of new influences they can bring in. I heard some other [songs on their] record and it’s really incredible, so yeah, we were working on a song together, we never know, where we land in, could be on their record, or mine, or somebody else’s, who knows, but it’s a GOOD song<\/strong>.”<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
