Pop-punk legends Blink-182<\/strong> performed at the Bell Centre in Montreal, Canada last night (May 12th) as part of their world tour and while playing their very last song, they paid their respects to Simple Plan by performing a snippet of their song. <\/strong>During the final song of the set, ‘Dammit’, one of the band’s most notorious songs, Blink-182 suddenly switched to perform an interesting rendition of ‘I’d Do Anything’ by Simple Plan<\/strong>, who are well-known to be originate from Montreal. The choice of ‘I’d Do Anything’ is even more special because Blink-182’s singer Mark Hoppus is featured on this track as well as on the music video<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The members of Simple Plan have of course been very happy to hear about this cover happening in their hometown and immediately reposted this honor from their pop punk heroes all over their social media channels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
