"" Simple Plan have finally made an official statement about the upcoming release of their book “Simple Plan: The Official Story”, which will include a ultimate history of the band and lots of exclusive pictures and memorabilia.

The band officially confirmed that the cover of the book (yesterday posted on SimplePlan.cz) is indeed a real deal and that the pre-order for the book has already started.

According to the official website, “the book is part album, part scrapbook, with special interviews and a remarkable collection of artefacts from the band’s personal archives”.

Although, there are still little inconsistencies about when the book will actually come out. The official website states the French version comes out November 8th, yet the Chapters website that is linked for pre-order say the release date is November 6th. Regarding the English version, the official website says the date is yet unknown, even though Kathleen Lavoie confirmed herself the English version should be out on November 15th, yet the Chapters website says November 22nd.

But what is important is that both the French and the English version of the book are now available for pre-order. If you want to buy the French version, visit the link here. If you want to buy the English version, click here. Or simply just switch between the two by clicking on “Hardcover” under “All Editions”. The price of the book via Chapters is $34.95.

Update: Apparently Chapters currently doesn’t ship to a lot of countries. But don’t worry, there will be way how to get it to everyone. Hold on.

Also, over the next few weeks, the guys will be sharing some of their favourite pages from the book, so there’s definitely something to look forward to until we all finally have the book in our hands.

For future references, all the updated info about the book will be available in the “Simple Plan: The Official Story” section on SimplePlan.cz (link can always be found in the sidebar)
