\"\"In just a few months, Simple Plan will be returning to Europe for a short stay, mostly to a play at a couple of festivals and only two headlining shows – in Vienna and St Petersburg. And while it is still yet unclear who is going to be opening for Simple Plan at the show in St Petersburg, the supporting band for the concert in Vienna has already been confirmed!<\/p>\n

The band that will support Simple Plan<\/b> on their only show in central Europe this summer – in Vienna, Austria on June 7th<\/b> – is called A Friend In London<\/b> and the band confirmed it on their Facebook page<\/a> (thanks Mark\u00e9ta<\/i> for the info). A Friend In London is a Danish band that placed 5th in the 2011 edition of Eurovision Song Contest and recently also gained recognition by releasing a song featuring a collaboration with Carly Rae Jepsen. <\/p>\n
