Our colleagues over at SPB made quite the discovery recently, as they uncovered some never seen before sketches and rejected illustrations for what later on became the artwork behind the GYHO era. You will sure find some of the illustrations familiar from the Get Your Heart On! album, as well as from it’s sidekick EP (Get Your Heart On! – The Second Coming) and various other places, such as merch, website, etc.
There illustrations were created by Simple Plan’s graphic designer Fred Jerome and illustrator Simon Mallette St-Pierre and the rejected ones include depictions of a tour bus, a dragon, a dog, a heartbroken devil and many many more.
