After 2 years of extensive touring all around the world, the boys from Simple Plan have finally returned home to play just a couple more festivals around Canada during summer but most importantly to start writing some more music – for the next Simple Plan album – which is going to be their 5th full-length studio record. Before that Simple Plan are also planning on releasing an EP that should feature a 5-7 yet unreleased songs in 2013.
And while the EP is almost ready (with most of the songs being written previously during the song-writing process for Get Your Heart On!), the guys are now about to start working on the next big project – album no.5 – and perhaps even sooner that we thought! Check out Pierre’s tweet from today:
