That was quick!
The Czech Simple Plan fans sure let the band know quite loud how much they’ve missed them playing in their country (the last time Simple Plan played in Prague was September 2011; their 2012 performance at “Prague City Festival” did not take place as the festival went bankrupt).
Only 6 days ago Simple Plan revealed their plans on returning to Prague, Czech Republic after 4 and half years and after the start of the pre-sale on Wednesday and regular sale on Friday – the tickets to the front of stage sector are already sold-out (for 1 015 CZK)!
The Prague show, which will take place on March 5th 2016 between the band’s stops in Zurich and Vienna, will once again happen in the Mala Sportovni Hala (a.k.a. Incheba Arena) venue, butfor the first time it will be divided into two sectors. The front of stage sector and the regular standing sector, which will be about 20m away from the stage. There was about a 1000 front of stage tickets going on sale, which makes it about 1/4 of the whole capacity of the venue (about 4000 people).
Regular standing tickets (for 775 CZK) are still available.
If you missed out on the front of stage tickets, there is still a possibility to wait during today at Ticketpro for a chance to grab those tickets that have been reserved yesterday and haven’t been picked up. They should be put back on sale during the day or tomorrow. I will keep you informed if the promoter decides to release more front of stage tickets.
