CONFIRMED: Simple Plan Foundation donates $5000 to Red Cross Hurricane Harvey relief fund

As we’ve published on SimplePlan.cz yesterday, Chuck Comeau recently revealed in an interview that Simple Plan Foundation is planning on financially helping the victims of the recent Hurricane Harvey, which has devasted the Texas area, that Simple Plan were supposed to perform at right about that time.

Today, the band has announced that Simple Plan Foundation will be donating $5000 to the Red Cross Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund. Besides that, the band also noted that the rescheduled dates for the shows in Houston and Austin, which had to be canceled due to the hurricane, will be announced early next week. Following the postponement of our Houston and Austin shows last week due to Hurricane Harvey, the Simple Plan Foundation will be donating 5000$ to the Red Cross Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund to help support families affected by this devastating event.
