Simple Plan have just confirmed their presence on the canadian festival called Festival de New Richmond, where our boys will be playing only few days after coming from China, on July 24th! Right now it’s the only confirmed Simple Plan’s show in Canada.

So far, Simple Plan have confirmed few shows in America, Asia and Europe (mostly festivals, though) – you can find the whole list of the upcoming concerts in the right column here on SimplePlan.cz.
Hey, do you think Simple Plan might finish the album before June 17th? I mean, they seem to plan a lot of shows for this summer. Wouldn’t it mean they might finish the album until their first american date? I know there’s no official news about this…but I’m just wondering about when the album might be finished.
@Diana: I personally think there is no way the album could be finished till June 17th. I mean, the guys aren’t even IN THE STUDIO yet (Chuck said they might hit it in the middle of May, but most probably it will be later – so I suppose they could get there in early June. Then be in the studio with few breaks for the Bamboozle Roadshow and few shows in summer, but other than that I think they will be in the studio pretty much all summer, at least till august. Then few months of post-production, so in my opinion the album should be out in late fall 2010.
@Domulka : Thanks! yea, it didn’t really seem like they could record the album in one month :D Then, those concerts they have planned aren’t for the new album, I guess.
@Diana: nope, they are not. Though, Chuck said they might play one new song at the shows in September…. :)
