Here is the third photo (thanks to CSP) from the making of the third music video for the Get Your Heart On! album – and for the second official single – Astronaut. So far we know that Astronaut is a pretty much already finished “mini-movie”, starring (probably in the lead role of the astronaut) actress/model Caitlin O’Connor. The film/music video should be released in the next couple of months.
What’s the hold up? Well.. right now the guys are hoping Jet Lag will keep being played on the radios and in music programmes – that’s why they are waiting to put out Astronaut as well. And are you already wondering what the single after Astronaut will be? The guys don’t have a clear answer on that yet, but they are playing with the ideas of songs like Summer Paradise, Gone Too Soon or This Song Saved My Life as the next single.
Which song do YOU think would make the best single after Astronaut?
music video for “This song saved my life” with the participation of fans could be an interesting idea, but my the best song is “Summer Paradise”, so I’ll be happy if I saw the video for this song.;)
I personally would love Summer Paradise to be the next single, even though This Song Saved My Life would have more meaning, but Summer Paradise is such a great song, very unique compared to all of what Simple Plan has ever written so it would be great if this song was made a single so that more people could see this “other side” of SP.

i’d go with summer paradise too, because of all the reasons May just said but also becuase summer’s almost over. and i can’t be the only one longing for the summer feelings in the middle of winter, right? :D so yeah. if not summer paradise, i really can’t choose between gone too soon and this song saved my life. i personaly think that either of these shouldn’t be a single, because they both remind me _just a little bit_ of save me, and i think it’s time to show everybody how many sides of simple plan there are. :)
Ahh, very cool!!! and I think that This Song Saved My Life will be the perfect opcion for the next single,is one of my favorites, but anyways, Summer Paradise and Gone Too Soon are amazing songs too <3 :D
Personally, I think Anywhere Else But Here or Loser of the Year would be good. It’ll be perfect to release This Song Saved My Life as the last single off the album – as they say, save the best for the last!
