A brand new application called Drinkify (with the motto: “Never listen to music alone again”) helps listeners find the right drink to which they can listen to their favourite music. After entering the artist’s name, the website opens the artist’s section with pictures, music and also with a recommended drink. The algorithm used for this app combines Last.fm database with The Echo Nest and Drinkify’s own database of drinks thanks to which it is able to find the “perfect” drink based on the speed of the artist’s top tracks and his music genre.
