Yesterday was a very big day for Jeff Stinco. After months of very thorough preparations, the time has come for him to finally open his new Italian restaurant, located on rue st. Paul in the old Montreal, and called “Mangiafoco”, which stands for “Fire-eater” (Mangiafoco is a fictional character that appears in Carlo Goldoni’s The Adventures of Pinocchio – the Disney version of Pinocchio renamed this character “Stromboli”).
Last night, the grand opening of Mangiafoco has been attended by friends and family of Jeff Stinco – for example Jeff’s bandmates: Chuck and Sebastien.
As far as the reactions on the served food go, it seems like the company really enjoyed everything and Jeff can be very proud of what he’s achieved.
