The works on the upcoming Simple Plan book that has been the most talked-about project of the past couple months, are still going on: Chuck is working on the book even on his days-off on tour.
The book (that will be available in both English and French) will feature more than 300 pages of photographs, artefacts, history of the band and more. The story will be written by Kathleen Lavoie, who revealed to fans on Twitter yesterday, that even though she doesn’t know the exact release date yet, she thinks the book should be out in mid-November.
Chuck also mentioned yesterday that the book should be available worldwide. Here are his recent updates on the process of his pet project:
“Still working extra hard and overtime on the SP book! Hands down the biggest, most ambitious and toughest project I have been involved in. I think you guys will absolutely love it! We poured our hearts and soul in it! It’s gonna be something I will show to my kids one day! Honestly can’t believe how SICK the photos taken by, Patrick Langlois, Chady Awad, Sim and Mark Staubach are! They rock! Also got to give props to our great writer Kathleen Lavoie who has immersed herself in the history of the band and is doing a killer job! And obviously, can’t forget the man putting the entire book together and making it all look AMAZING – Fred Jerome – best graphic designer!”
More details about the book should be coming very soon!
