Although the first rumors had Europe lined up for the first few months of 2013, we can tell by the new tourdates that the tour will most probably be moved up to the “festival season” (around May/June) because the guys will be returning to Asia in spring!
Simple Plan have been confirmed to play on the PunkSpring 2013 festival in Japan, which features such acts as Weezer, NOFX, Pennywise or Lagwagon – a lot of the bands that Simple Plan used to tour with in their early years. Also, since Weezer is on the line-up (and as one of the head-liners), who knows – maybe we can expect some live guest vocals on “Can’t Keep My Hands Off You” from Rivers Cuomo himself!
