VIDEO: Pierre and Callum celebrate end of tour singing along to ‘All The Small Things’ by Blink 182

The last day of June was also the day of the very last Simple Plan show for a little while. Simple Plan performed in Newfoundland and all the way from England they were once again joined by their European guitar tech, who you also know as the lead singer of The Bottom Line – Callum Amies.

The band celebrated the final show before heading home for a couple of weeks of some well-deserved time off by partying and as you will be able to see from the following video, they had a really good time. At one point, the two lead singers – Pierre and Callum – even joined to sing along to Blink 182’s classic – ‘All The Small Things’. Check it out on the videos below, published on Pierre’s Instagram Stories:

At Starts and Thunder in Timmins, ON, Canada yesterday, where Simple Plan performed as Day 4 of the festivities, the guys also did some press interviews. Jeff and Pierre got to talk to 93.1 Moose FM and as a part of the interview, the reporter decided to play a little No Pads themed game of ‘Would You Rather?’.

Check out Jeff’s and Pierre’s preferences and also their answers to other questions in this lighthearted 93.1 Moose FM interview:

Back in Canada: SP perform at Stars and Thunder festival

On Tuesday, June 27th, Simple Plan returned on stage in Canada and played the 8-day Stars and Thunder festival in Timmins, Ontario. Since David has still not returned to performing with the band and Chady is currently enjoying his vacation elsewhere, the band peformed as a foursome.

Sebastien also once again decided to document the day from his point of view, so make sure to check out his Instagram video below:

The line-up of that day also included the Canadian singer Lights, who Sebastien took a picture with backstage. This and more pictures from backstage and the show can be found in our gallery:

Simple Plan back on the road in Canada for festival season

After a short time off at home, resting after the three-weeks-long European tour, the members of Simple Plan hopped on a plane (or more specifically, planes) to Timmins, Ontario, where they are about to perform at the Stars & Thunder festival tonight with Lights. In the upcoming days, they still have one more Canadian festival appearance to do, and that’s the George Street Canada Day this Friday, June 30th. That will be their final appearance for a short time until they return back on stage in August, when they have some more Canadian festivals to do and most importantly kick off the second part of the U.S. No Pads tour.

And if you’re wondering what it looks like when a band member travels to a show by a plane, below, you can now check out a video that Sebastien posted on his Instagram, which visually documents his flight to Timmins:
