Melbourne show sold-out in minutes – Simple Plan add second concert!

Just minutes after the tickets for Simple Plan’s Australian tour went on sale, the Melbourne show, which will be taking place on September 13th at the Prince Ballroom, was completely sold-out!

Seeing this exceptional demand in this city, Simple Plan decided to add a second show Melbourne – the next day, September 14th, at the same venue. So if you haven’t managed to get a ticket for the first Melbourne show this year, make sure to be quick to score one for the second show – keep in mind that this will be Simple Plan’s final date there this year and there won’t be any other additions to this Australian tour.

Trailer for #TeamSPtour released

Simple Plan have released a brand new trailer announcing their Taking One For The Team tour for the second half of 2016, during which the band will visit Asia, Australia, USA, Canada and South America.

VIDEO: Simple Plan soundcheck for first show in Mexico

In just a couple of hours, Simple Plan will kick off the first show of their 4-concerts-long tour across Mexico – in the city of Merida.

The band will perform at Coliseo de Merida and as you can see from the video below that Seb posted on Instagram, the band had already done their souncheck at this venue and it looked like this:

PHOTO: Simple Plan cowboy it up at Calgary Stampede

As you already know, for the occasion of the recent show at the Calgary Stampede festival, the guys went all in and brought their cowboy gear to the event – some rocking stetsons, some plaid shirts and some wearing scarves around their necks.

The boys just released a new full band photo taken at Calgary Stampede, where you can check out all the boys’ outfits. Who do you reckon pulled the cowboy look the best?

Simple Plan announce tour in China in August

The Taking One For The Team tour is still not over! Simple Plan keep adding more and more tourdates and now they’ve added three more dates in Asia by announcing a three-stop tour in China, which will include one concert in Beijing and two shows in Shanghai.

As of right now, there Chinese shows seem to be the first Asian shows on the tourlist. After China the guys will head over to play a couple shows in South-east Asia, as announced a few weeks ago.

Tickets go on sale July 21st. Check out the details and the poster for the tour below:
