I Hate Everybody

I hate everybody
But I’m in love with you
I’m in love with you
Baby

Well I started to believe I was an alien
Cause the people that I don’t like could fill a stadium
But not you
I like you

And I met a lot of people that were cool to my face
Just to turn around and realize it wasn’t the case
But not you
I like you

There’s a billion people I’ve met but they won’t do
Cause the only one I want is you
I hate everybody
But I’m in love with you
I’m in love with you

And baby I don’t need nobody
As long as I got you
As long as I got you

And I tried so hard tryin’ to make no friends
But girl it’s all about you I don’t wanna pretend

Cause baby I hate everybody
But I’m in love with you
I’m in love with you
Baby

So I’m going out to parties but I’m sitting alone
Why does everybody always sat there facing their phones
But not you
I like you

There’s a millions of reasons why I fell for you
I could count them if you want me too

I hate everybody
But I’m in love with you
I’m in love with you

And baby I don’t need nobody
As long as I got you
As long as I got you

And I tried so hard tryin’ to make no friends
But girl it’s all about you I don’t wanna pretend

Cause baby I hate everybody
But I’m in love with you
I’m in love with you
Baby

I’m not tryin’ to be any social (???)
When I look around I don’t like what I see
Cause nobody else holds the candle to you
Girl, can’t you see?

I hate everybody
But I’m in love with you
I’m in love with you

And baby I don’t need nobody
As long as I got you
As long as I got you

And I tried so hard tryin’ to make no friends
But girl it’s all about you I don’t wanna pretend

Cause baby I hate everybody
But I’m in love with you
I’m in love with you
Baby

I’m in love with you baby
I’m in love with you baby

New song “I Hate Everybody” by Chad Tepper feat. Simple Plan comes out next week!

So.. are you ready for some new music? That’s right! It was revealed just yesterday that Chad Tepper will be releasing a new song called “I Hate Everybody” feat. Simple Plan next Friday, September 17th 2021. Judging by the single’s artwork [check it out in full in our gallery], it look like Pierre Bouvier will likely have some guest vocals on the song, but given that the whole band (Simple Plan) is credited on the featuring, it is possible that more members have been involved in the making of this song.

Who is Chad Tepper? Chad is an American YouTuber, pop punk-singer and former professional skateboarder, who is known for previously being part of Jake Paul’s entertainment collaborative called Team 10. In the past few months, Chad Tepper has been experimenting with pop punk music, releasing a number of songs on Spotify and even collaborating with some of the genre’s biggest artists – such as Bowling For Soup and Travie McCoy.

Another person that contributed on this new song is Lexnour, a Canadian music producer, who specializes in high quality trap beats. Both Lexnour and Chad Tepper have recently been seen hanging around Pierre and his family, as seen on Pierre’s and his wife Lachelle’s social media.

You can already pre-save the Spotify link as well as other links to later stream this song right here.

Below, you can have a look at a short video announcement by Chad, featuring Lexnour, announcing the release of the song next week:

Happy birthday, Jeff!

It’s a very important day today at the residence of Simple Plan’s lead guitarist Jeff Stinco, who is celebrating his 43rd birthday today! On behalf of SimplePlan.cz we’d like to wish Jeff a wonderful day with his loved ones and absolutely all the best in his life, his band and any other projects he is passionate about. We love you and wish you all the very best!

Happy birthday, Jeff!

Simple Plan pull out of U.S. tour with New Found Glory for covid safety reasons

In a disappointing turn of events for many, Simple Plan just announced on their Instagram that with deep regrets, they decided to not go forward with the co-headlining tour with New Found Glory in the U.S., which was supposed to start at the end of August. The band revealed that while all the band members are vaccinated, the reasoning behind them dropping off the line-up of this tour is their on-going concern for safety and health of their fans, crew and all the other attendees of this extensive tour, given the recent huge spike of covid-19 cases in the U.S. (see the spike here).

Fans will be able to request a refund if they don’t wish to attend the tour anymore – New Found Glory are still going ahead with the tour.

You can read more in Simple Plan’s own official statement, which you can find below:

“Hi everyone!

We are very disappointed to announce that we have made the difficult decision to drop-off of the “Pop-Punk’s Still Not Dead” tour with New Found Glory. If you bought a ticket for the tour and would like a refund, you will be able to request one – keep an eye out on your email.

When we announced the rescheduled dates for the tour last May, the situation with the pandemic was very different from where it is now and we were cautiously optimistic that going back on tour could be safe for everyone.

Although we are all vaccinated and despite the very strict protocols we had planned to put in place, we are very concerned at the thought of going out on such an extensive tour.

After many tough discussions and internal debate, we have come to the conclusion that it just feels too soon for us.

There’s nothing we would love more than to be out there and play for all of you, but we have to follow our gut and do what feels right for us at this time.

We know a lot of you were really looking forward to seeing us play live again and will be disappointed by this news and might disagree with our decision. We want you to know that we acknowledge and respect your opinions, and that we are so sorry to let you down.

Our friends in New Found Glory have made the decision to move forward with the shows, they’re an amazing live band and we’re sad we don’t have the chance to see them play every night. We wish them the best and hope that everyone involved in the tour and all the fans who choose to attend will stay safe and healthy.”
