La Presse published a new article about Jeff Stinco’s brweing company West Shefford, which is currently in the process of distributing their beer in local grocery stores, and not only in his (and his partners’) restaurants. Yesterday, Pierre and Chuck devoted full 12 hours to writing new songs and recording demos as a part of their song-writing process before hiting the recording studio with the rest of the band in just a few weeks. Check out what Pierre has to say after this long day:

The Simple Plan boys are supposed to hit the recording studio (most probably) in late January, so Pierre and Chuck decided to use the few weeks left to try to come up with some last-minute songs in Pierre’s home studio back in California.

The official website of Simple Plan has been updated yesterday with a couple of brand new photos from the band’s attendance (and performance) of an event organised by YMCA Quebec, where they each received an honorary Peace Medal for their charitable work with the Simple Plan Foundation.
