Mexican tour continues in Puebla and Mexico City

During this past weekend, Simple Plan played another two shows in Mexico, again with no opening band at all. Make sure to check out the awesome pictures from the shows in Puebla (10/06) and Mexico City (10/07) in the gallery:

Also, the guys spent a part of the evening on Saturday attending a wrestling match in Puebla, from which we have two pictures of the guys wearing the traditional Mexican wrestling masks. Plus, Chuck posted a picture of the whole band backstage right before their show in Mexico City. Check all those pictures below:

Simple Plan rocked Guadalajara in Mexico

Last night, on October 4th, Simple Plan played the Teatro Estudio Cavaret venue in Guadalajara, Mexico. Despite the fact that the band arrived a tiny bit late and could not attend the soundcheck (so the meet&greet with the fans had to be unfortunately a bit quicker than usual), everything else went on according to plan. And maybe even better than that!

According to Pierre, it was “a killer evening” and Jeff added that “this was the most fun he’s had on stage all year”.

A bit more than 2000 people were able to witness Simple Plan’s energetic show that even included David stripping his shirt&tie attire into a vest. Just a vest. With pants on fortunately (…or perhaps unfortunately for some) – thanks May for the info.

PHOTOS: Simple Plan arriving to Monterrey, Mexico

For their first show of the tour, Simple Plan had to fly from Mexico City to Monterrey, Mexico and they were all greeted by a group of excited fans at the airport. The boys spent a couple minutes taking pictures with them and signing their things.
