Photoupdate from the German tour

This Saturday, the boys from Simple Plan finished their tour across Germany. During one week, the guys played for tens of thousands of fans in five big cities in Germany: Neu-Isenburg, Hamburg, Berlin, Cologne and Munich. The first show was on the 10th anniversary of their debut album, so the following concerts have been honouring that ever since – mostly with the new medley that includes a mix of five songs from this album.

And since I have been gone for a couple of days (for SP actually), here is a couple of pictures from the shows in Berlin and Cologne:

And finally, here are some of my own photos from Germany. Below you can check out what the soundcheck in Munich looked like and also there is a couple of pictures directly from the show in Munich. I should have some more stuff for you after today, so stay tuned! :)

New photos from behind the scenes of the Summer Paradise music video

Seems like the more the release of the music video for the second version of Summer Paradise – feat. Sean Paul is getting close, the more sneak peaks we’re getting! The official website has just been updated with a couple of new pictures from the set of the music video. We now have more than 30 pictures from behind the scenes of Summer Paradise – can you already see what the final outcome may look like? :)

Simple Plan hang out with Sean Paul in Berlin today

Simple Plan continue with their ride across Germany – where they played a concert in Hamburg yesterday – and today arrived in Berlin, where they’re spending the day off walking around the city. THe guys got a very special visitor today – Sean Paul dropped by to hang out with the boys for a couple of hours, as both SP and him are playing a concert there tomorrow (separately, though). Another still picture from the Summer Paradise music video

As I have already let you know via Facebook, the director of the Summer Paradise video, Randall “RT” Thorne, promised us yesterday another still shot from this music video (that we should see in just a week or two). RT kept his word and today he published on his Twitter page another sneak peak of the Summer Paradise clip, which this time around shows us Pierre jumping into the sea. Here it is:

Simple Plan add new No Pads medley to their shows

On yesterday’s webchat, the guys already gave out little hints about the special surprise they have in store for their European fans, who are going to attend the upcoming Simple Plan concerts, in order to celebrate the 10th anniversary of ther first record No Pads, No Helmets… Just Balls.

Since yesterday, Simple Plan are playing a few-minutes-long medley of five songs from their debut album on their shows. The songs include: The Worst Day Ever, When I’m With You, My Alien, You Don’t Mean Anything and God Must Hate Me.

Anyway, don’t worry there is still a few more full No Pads’ songs on the regular setlist (such as I’d Do Anything or Perfect) and the cover medley also stays.
