Simple Plan played their second show in Spain last night – in Barcelona. And according to both the band and the audience, it was a night to remember. Just before the show, during the soundcheck for the members of their fanclub, Simple Plan performed on stage with a nine-year-old girl, who sang Jet Lag with them.
The setlist of the show in Barcelona was the same as in Madrid, meaning only the acoustic version of Crazy is the latest addition to it. You can check out the whole current setlist here – it looks like Simple Plan will be holding on to it throughout the whole tour, but in case it slightly changes, I will let you know on Facebook or Twitteru.
Now, how about some scoops from the show? Thanks to Nathalie, we’ve learned that apparently during the show, David (as always) jumped into the crowd – only this time a bit too far than he probably intended – even Sean had troubles getting him out of the hands of the greedy fans. David even managed to lose a shoe a Pierre lost his battery pack – and since the crowd wasn’t willing to give their stuff back to them, the band had to bribe them with backstage passes.
Below you can check out the links to the beautiful pictures from the show in Barcelona and also some more added to the album from Madrid:

It looks like the trend that we’ve probably started here in the Czech Republic back in 2008 when we held the “Thank You” signs above our heads, is spreading throughout the whole world. Since then, Simple Plan were able to see “Astronaut” signs in Poland last year and a day after that (this time) heart-shaped “Thank You” signs in the Czech Republic again.
