State Champs joined Simple Plan on stage on Warped Tour in Ohio

On Wednesday night, while in Cuyahoga Falls, OH, Simple Plan pulled out the big guns with their now already traditional on-stage surprise guests during ‘I’m Just A Kid’. This time around, the band invited two members of one of the most popular current pop-punk band – State Champs.

The lead singer of State Champs Derek DiScanio and bassist Ryan Scott Graham absolutely rocked the song and later on expressed their excitement over performing with Simple Plan on social media. New surprise guest for I’m Just A Kid: Rob Damiani (Don Broco) joined Simple Plan in Toronto

For the one-off stop in Canada of the final Vans Warped Tour, Simple Plan decided to treat their fellow Canadian fans with another new surprise guest during I’m Just A Kid. After having invited musicians like Travis Clark (We The Kings), Yungblud, Nate Motte (3OH!3), Jenna McDougall (Tonight Alive), Jaret Reddick (Bowling For Soup) and most recently Awsten Knight (Waterparks) with the honor of singing one of the band’s most notorious hits in North America, in Toronto, Simple Plan asked one of their newest buddies Rob Damiani from the British band Don Broco on stage alongside Travis Clark from We The Kings.

Check out Rob’s and Travis’ vocal support during I’m Just a Kid, while Chuck stagedived into the crowd and Pierre got ahold of the drumset:

Big thanks to our “overseas correspondent” Andrew from the Czech Republic, who happened to attend the Warped Tour date in Hartford, CT, we found out that last night the attendees of the Bowling For Soup set were pleasantly surprised when the band invited Pierre Bouvier from Simple Plan on stage.

Pierre joined Bowling For Soup for their song ‘Ohio (Come Back To Texas)’ and since Andrew managed to film this special appearance on camera and send it to us today, you can now check out this exclusive footage from last night in Hartford. Check out how Pierre did below:

Another big Warped Tour photo update

Over the course of the past week, Simple Plan have visited many more U.S. cities, that have been graced with the final Warped Tour. Waterparks’ Awsten Knight becomes another surprise Warped guest on Simple Plan’s I’m Just A Kid

If you’ve been following Simple Plan’s Warped Tour adventures, then you are already aware that the band decided to spice up their performances each day with a special guest appearance of one of their musician friends, who always joins them on the second half of ‘I’m Just A Kid’. So far, Simple Plan have welcomed the artists from We The Kings, 3OH!3, Tonight Alive, Bowling For Soup, Yungblud and last night, the attendees of Warped Tour in Virginia Beach were in for another exciting surprise – Awsten Knight from Waterparks.

Some of us have already previously noticed the conversation between Jeff Stinco and Awsten Knight, who immediately agreed to be a part of this once Jeff suggested it on Instagram.
