Warped Tour: Travis Clark (We The Kings) joined Simple Plan on stage for ‘I’m Just A Kid’ in Mountain View

More than 15 000 people attended the third show of Warped Tour this summer that took place in Mountain View, CA, which was the first show to be sold-out on this final cross-country tun of this traveling tour. And it’s not an overstatement when we say that the crowd was one of the reasons why the shows had such an amazing atmosphere that day – all eagerly joining in in singalongs, hand-waving and jumping as the bands rotated on stage.

The highlight of the Simple Plan set yesterday was definitely when during ‘I’m Just A Kid’, Chuck and Pierre switched places – Pierre went behind the drums, while Chuck crowdsurfed – and since the microphone had no owner at that point, Travis Clark from We The Kings stepped in and joined Simple Plan on stage to sing the chorus of ‘I’m Just A Kid’ [see photos from this show here].

The most popular alternative touring summer music festival in the U.S. – Warped Tour – began its final cross-country run yesterday in Pomona, CA with a stellar line-up of acts. Throughout the upcoming two months, Warped Tour will be welcoming back over 100 bands, such as 3OH!3, Black Veil Brides, All Time Low, Bowling For Soup, We The Kings and many many others… including, of course, Simple Plan.

Simple Plan are one of the acts who will be present at every Warped Tour date throughout the summer, so you can catch them at every city the tour hits [see all the tourdates here]. And in preparation for your possible Warped show, below you can have a first look at the very first show Simple Plan played at Warped this year – in Pomona, CA – where they performed the following setlist:

First look at Reset’s rehearsal for their reunion show

In just a few hours, the Canadian punk rock band Reset, who’s former members included not just one but three members of Simple Plan (Chuck, Pierre and David), will be reuniting tonight at Montebello Rockfest again – just for one special show.

In order to make sure everyone was prepared to rock the Rockfest tonight, the former members, including Chuck and Pierre got together in Frank Joly’s studio to practice their old songs from the albums No Worries and No Limits. Festival season kicked off: Simple Plan at Sound Of Music in Canada

Simple Plan officially started their own festival season with a set at the Sound Of Music festival in the Canadian town of Burlington, located in the Greater Toronto Area. At Sound Of Music, the local fans were able to enjoy an amazing line-up that consisted of bands like Simple Plan, The All-American Rejects, Sublime With Rome, Not By Choice or Everclear!

Simple Plan took the stage as the second-to-last act to perform, right before the headliners Sublime With Rome and managed to fit in 13 songs from all of their 5 albums into their hour-long set. Interested in what that setlist looked like? Check it out for yourself!

Simple Plan confirmed for the International Balloon Festival of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu!

Today, the organizers of the International Balloon Festival of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu in Canada revealed the full line-up of this year’s edition and just like the rumors have previously suggested, it has now been confirmed that Simple Plan will indeed be performing at this festival!

The International Balloon Festival of Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu takes place from August 11th till August 19th and our favorite Canadians will be there to kick out the festivities on the first day! The tickets are already on sale and if you’re over 16, you can buy a pass for all 9 days of the festival for only $55.
