New vlog recaps Chuck’s stagediving adventures on U.S. NPNHJB tour

One of the hightlights of the 15th anniversary No Pads, No Helmets… Just Balls tour is most definitely the moment during Grow Up, when Pierre Bouvier and Chuck Comeau switch their places and while Pierre starts hitting the drums, Chuck dives into the crowd and crowdsurfes for pretty much the rest of the song.

The boys just released a recap video of some great footage by Chady, who captures these moments on the U.S. tour on camera. Europe, get ready for this in just a few weeks:

VIDEO: Chuck Comeau and his father André interviewed by UMQ

Earlier this week, Chuck Comeau arrived to Montreal to take part in the second day of the Assises conference of the Union of Quebec municipalities (UMQ), where alongside his bandmate Sebastien and his father André, as the representatives of the Simple Plan Foundation, they spoke about their plan to help create summer jobs in the Quebec area [see pictures from this event here].

While at this event, Chuck and his father André were interviewed by the UMQ for their YouTube channel. In the interview, the two discussed the project in more detail. The Foundation will help finance the work positions for young people, by purchasing things they will be needing, such as various equipment, helmets, boots… They also mentioned for example how special and rewarding it is to meet young people that they have helped in the past to have a chance that they would not have had otherwise (thanks Emilie for the translation).

VIDEO: Jeff shows off more classical guitar skills

Besides spending time with his loved ones, Jeff also uses his time not on tour by practicing playing the guitar and challenging himself. Check out the latest video he posted from one of this practice sessions below:

“I’m always trying to push my limits on the guitar. I’m always practicing things that I cannot play. My bandmates have been very patient listening to me repeat the same passages over and over until I got them right. I rarely play things that I’ve mastered: I love new challenges. Talking about challenges: I started working on a piece by a Mexican composer named Ponce. His 3rd Sonata is pure genius but it’s far from simple. “

Youtuber Jacksepticeye sings ‘Untitled’ by Simple Plan

Popular Irish YouTuber Jacksepticeye use his Instagram Stories last night to have some fun and listen to one of Simple Plan’s most widely known tracks – ‘Untitled (How Could This Happen To Me?)’ – on camera along with some sing-alongs. The 27-year-old’s YouTube audience is over 15 million people with his Instagram feed reaching to 4.7 million of his fans.

This is however not the first time that a popular YouTuber has used this song in one of their videos – you may recall that three years ago, PewDiePie used Untitled as well to express his feelings about dropping his ice-cream cone.

Check out Jacksepticeye’s rendition of Untitled by Simple Plan on the video below:

Pierre, Jeff and Seb do push-ups to raise awareness about autism

Some members of Simple Plan recently joined in on the effort of Jay Dallstream, who they met throughout the course of the NPNHJB tour in the U.S., who by doing 1000 push-ups every day in April is trying to raise awareness about autism and raise money to help provide resources for autistic children.

The challenge entitled “Drop and Gimme 20” encourages people to record themselves doing as many push-ups as they can and spread the word about autism. Jay Dallstream has already raised over $1000 on his GoFundMe page, which has a goal to reach $10 000 within the next month.

Below, you can check out the three videos already posted by Sebastien, Pierre and his wife Lachelle and Jeff with his his daughters Zoé and Maya and his girlfriend Michèle:
