Before they get back on the road for the We Day event and back to Europe for a little while, Pierre and Chuck are trying to use every single minute of their time to work on some more music they want to add to their upcoming fifth studio album, which should be out in the beginning of next year.
To apologize for the absence on social media, Chuck took to Instagram today with a little update from his home studio, where he’s currently working with Pierre. In his post, Chuck mentioned that the new album will definitely make their old-school fans very happy – we may assume that means a return to a more pop-punk sound than the recently released tracks.
Sorry for the lack of posts this past 2 weeks, but we’ve been working non-stop and it’s been so productive and awesome. I can’t wait to put out #spalbum5 I think a lot of the old-school fans are gonna be stoked… Our band has never forgotten you. We throw you guys a few curveballs once in a while, but we never forget where we came from. #Patience
