Send the correct answer to the contest question to the email address contest@simpleplan.cz. Make sure to include the subject “CONTEST” along with your full name, address and contact e-mail, so that you can be contacted in case you win.
The competition commences on March 12 and concludes on March 18th, noon CET (6am EST). After that, a winner will be chosen randomly out of all correctly sent in answers and will be announced via the SimplePlan.cz Facebook and/or Twitter.
1. The Promoter of this contest for the ‘Hall Of Fame’ package (‘Contest’) is the website SimplePlan.cz. The prizes that are included within the ‘Hall Of Fame’ package were submitted by Coalition Music and Atlantic Records. The competition commences on March 12 and concludes on March 18th, noon CET (6am EST)
2. Residents of any country and/or any age can enter this Contest with the exception of associated companies, agencies, employees or families to the Promoter. Participants under the age of 18 must seek prior permission from their parent or guardian to enter this Contest.
3. The Contest’s task is to correctly choose the answer to the question ‘How many sports do Simple Plan represent on their ‘Taking One For The Team’ album cover photoshoot?’ from the 3 choices: A) 4, B) 5 or C) 6. Only one answer is correct. In order to be eligible to win, the participant must submit the correct answer via email contest@simpleplan.cz with the subject ‘CONTEST’ and include also their name, address and contact e-mail. Entries with incorrect answers or missing contact information will be disqualified. Entrants may only register once and thus enter the Contest only once.
4. The winner of the Contest will be announced on March 18th via SimplePlan.cz social media pages – Facebook page (www.facebook.com/simpleplancz) or Twitter page (www.twitter.com/simpleplancz) and will also be notified via e-mail. Only one winner will be chosen. The prize will be sent to the winner via Atlantic Records.
5. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods or services and cannot be taken in parts. Should any part of the prize be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may at its discretion vary or amend prizes so as to provide reasonable alternative prizes and the winner agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter or parties connected to the Promoter as a result.
