Exclusive scans of “No Limits” album by Reset

If you’re familiar with the history of Simple Plan, then you definitely know that before the formation of the five-piece “Simple Plan” in between 1999 and 2000, Pierre and Chuck started in a completely different project – in a band called Reset. While Pierre and Chuck were in Reset, the band released two albums: “No Worries” in 1997 and “No Limits” in 1999. “No Limits” has been released after Chuck has left Reset after not being able to stand the endless fights with Pierre anymore, and Pierre even wrote a very bittersweet song called “Friend” about it, that is also featured in “No Limits”.

Now you can have an exclusive look at the scans from the complete booklet of this record. For instance, it’s very interesting to see that the same page that features the lyrics to “Friend”, also has a “special thanks to Chuck Comeau for creative input” note.

I wish I could have gotten into Reset. I have a copy of No Limits, but just not really into it.
I’m glad that Pierre and Chuck were able to fix their friendship, cause they’ve been stuck together for 10 years, and I’ve seen some of the bitterness that they have shared, but they are still best of friends.

I don’t think Simple Plan would have ever been the same if Pierre was never there, or if Chuck or Pierre ever left.
