1. Promoter of the ‘Facebook Win the pin 2018 contest’ (‘Contest’) is the website SimplePlan.cz (‘Promoter’). The prizes of this contest include 6 pieces of the SimplePlan.cz pin. The competition commences on August 13th at 7am CET (Central European Time / GMT+1) and concludes on August 15th 2018, at 4pm CET. All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. Promoter reserves the right to extend or shorten the contest at their sole discretion.
2. The Contest is open internationally. Residents of any country and/or any age can enter this Contest with the exception of associated companies, agencies, employees or families to the Promoter. Participants under the age of 18 must seek prior permission from their parent or guardian to enter this Contest. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Promoter, not Facebook.
3. To participate in the Contest, one must comment under the Contest-related Facebook post on Promoter’s Facebook fanpage (direct URL: here). The forementioned comment under the post must include an answer to the question: „Why should you win the SimplePlan.cz pin?“. Entrants may only comment under the Contest once (that means no more than 1 comment from one Facebook account can be posted). If an account posts more than one answer, only their first one will count as an entry. All participants must offer a way for Promoter to contact them in case of winning – e.g. unblocked private Facebook messages, or offer their email address if private Facebook messages are blocked. Entries with off-topic comments, missing answers or any others not adhering to the rules of the contest will be disqualified. Prizes may not be awarded in full if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received.
4. Six best answers will be chosen after the end of the contest by the Promoter. Winner will be notified in the comments under the Facebook contest post by Promoter. Any information regarding a postal address (in order for the prize to be sent out to the winner) will not be shared to any third party. The prizes will be sent out to the winners in 7 days after the receiving all contact information in order to deliver the prize. Promoter is not to be held responsible in case of a loss of the prize during the shipping process.
5. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring the Facebook content post for prize notification. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by Promoter within 14 days or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. Shipping is paid for in advance by the Organizer.
6. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods or services and cannot be taken in parts. Should any part of the prize be unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Contest. The winner agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter or parties connected to the Promoter as a result. All other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of the prize in these terms & conditions and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the winner.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to terminate the Contest without notice, and for any reason.
