Just in a couple of days, the members of Simple Plan will be returning back to Europe, where they have the second leg of their European tour ahead of them for almost the whole month of May. After the success of the first leg, which took place in February and March, the boys will be heading out to see some places they haven’t visited on the TOFTT tour yet. Simple Plan will be seeing you all in various cities in Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia. The tour will start next Friday, May 6th in Stuttgart, Germany, so the band is expected to arrive a day or two earlier.
If you haven’t purchased your tickets for this tour, make sure to do so, many of the shows are close to selling out [Stuttgart for example already is!]! You can find more details about each of the tourdates in this section. Regarding VIP tickets for the Post-Game Pizza parties, you can check out the links on the official website. And those of you who are a part of SP Crew, the sign-up for soundchecks for this tour closes at 5pm CET today, so hurry up!
And in case you still need some persuading, you should know that there will be two amazing bands supporting Simple Plan on this part of the tour: The Bottom Line, British band that you may have encountered on the first leg of the European tour as well and newly also ROAM, another British pop-punk band. Make sure to check out this post to find out which dates each of the opening acts will/will not be performing at.
Besides the opening acts, you can definitely also look forward to a little tweaked Simple Plan setlist. It is expected that the band will be switching some of their new songs for different songs from their new album Taking One For The Team. Who knows, maybe they’ll finally also include their new single ‘Singing In The Rain’!
