Session with Simple Plan at Librairie Monet

Janie from Tempo-Mag.com was one of the 60 fans, who were able to attend the Q&A session with Simple Plan in Librairie Monet yesterday and she posted quite an interesting French article about what the session was about.

Here you can read an English translation of an excerpt from Janie’s article (thanks Charbel for a little help with that):

How did David get into Reset and then Simple Plan? How has Chuck convinced Pierre to sing in Simple Plan? Do they have time to visit the cities where they play? How do they feel about the fact that influential bands in Montreal can barely afford to fill in the Metropolis venue, while SP is able to have the Bell Centre sold out? How did their parents feel about their career choices? Sebastien’s parents were there [at Librairie Monet] to support him and Seb’s Mom said that she agreed with his choice and his Dad said that Seb left school for the band just after being accepted at École polytechnique de Montréal) – just one week after the beggining of the classes. Later the band members joked around by saying that SP stole his sleepless nights, the partying, the drinking, all the experience that you get from school, because he was always with SP, playing and practicing.
