Even though Simple Plan will be coming back to Europe just in 10 days, we already know we can expect to see them on the old continent again after their short trip to Asia and Australia for a couple of European music festivals in June/July – and it seems like there might be some more announced festivals coming up – and one of them might be in Italy.
Cube magazine published a new interview with Simple Plan (thanks a lot to Giulia for the info), in which the interviewer mentions that only two shows in Italy are not enough to satisfy their Italian fans. And this is what the guys have replied to that:
“They can rest easy because we are doing everything possible to return in the summer. It’s not official yet and we are not 100% sure but we are looking for an engagement in a local festival.“
If the guys mean an Italian festival held at the time of their presence in Europe, festivals like Rock in Rome, Lucca Summer Festival or the Heineken Jammin Festival seem like a possible choice. But as it was mentioned above, there is no confirmed date for Simple Plan in Italy yet.
