It has just been announced that Simple Plan will be performing at a one day festival called Rock’n’Heim at Hockenheimring in Germany on August 23rd (big thanks to Linda for the info). This show seems to have filled up the gap between the Swiss festival and the so far only headlining gig in Amsterdam.
Besides Simple Plan, fans will also get to check out Linkin Park, Flogging Molly, Kraftklub, K.I.Z, Halestorm and While She Sleeps!

It is questionable whether there will be any more dates for Europe on this August run. It seems that just like in June 2011, Simple Plan are doing only a small amount of festivals and one headlining gigs (just one in this case) to support the album, which will probably come out around that time or just before then, before full headlining tours. The band will surely do a full headlining European tour after that. So, if your country isn’t on the list yet, hold on, they will be back, don’t worry.
