
It looks like the trend that we’ve probably started here in the Czech Republic back in 2008 when we held the “Thank You” signs above our heads, is spreading throughout the whole world. Since then, Simple Plan were able to see “Astronaut” signs in Poland last year and a day after that (this time) heart-shaped “Thank You” signs in the Czech Republic again.
Yesterday, the fans in Spain also hopped on the bandwagon and surprised Simple Plan in their capital city, Madrid, this way also. After Simple Plan started playing This Song Saved My Life most of the people in the venue pulled out huge “Simple Plan saved my life” signs and made the members of the band very moved by what a large group of fans can manage to organise.
