PHOTOS: Simple Plan in Detroit and Cleveland

After their two-night stay in Chicago, Simple Plan got back on the road and in the past two days they hit two more cities with some extraordinary concerts – Detroit, MI and Cleveland, OH. And what more – the day of the show in Cleveland Simple Plan managed to officially sell out the House of Blues in Cleveland (which fits about 3000 people) as well!

Have a look at the pictures from the concerts in Detroit and Cleveland in the gallery:

Simple Plan’s sold-out show in Detroit moved to a bigger venue – more tickets released

After it was announced that Simple Plan’s show in Detroit, MI on April 3rd was sold-out, the band immediately tried looking for alternative ways how to make sure that more fans from the Detroit area could attend their show without having to book another concert, which would already be impossible due to the band’s busy schedule on the upcoming U.S. No Pads tour.

And they found a solution! The band decided to move the show from St Andrew’s Hall (which holds up to 1000 people) to an almost three times as big venue – The Fillmore Detroit (with the capacity of 2888 people), which means almost 2000 more tickets for the show are now available for purchase. Presale is already up on Ticketmaster. Check out the details below:

Two more U.S. No Pads shows sold-out: Denver and Detroit!

Just like last year’s Simple Plan U.S. tour, the band’s 2017 NPNHJB tour in the USA will very likely be almost all, if not all sold out by the time it starts in less than a month!

After New York, San Francisco, Fort Lauderdale, Boston, Baltimore and Chicago, two more concerts of the U.S. leg of the NPNHJB tour have just been announced to be sold out – and those are Denver and Detroit!

Make sure to get your tickets to the remaining shows while you still can – not many tickets are left! Check out all the tourdates here.

Final Warped Tour dates: Detroit and Chicago

Sadly, Simple Plan’s short stay in the United States is over. The guys finished their Warped Tour appearance with the tourdates in Detroit, MI and Chicago, IL on Friday and Saturday and will now be heading to Canada for their more upcoming concerts there.

It’s fair to say that the reactions to Simple Plan shows – both from the attendees and also from the organizers – have been extremely positive. Not only have they been called the best live band on Warped Tour this year on many occasions, but also Kevin Lyman, the founder of Warped Tour, for took the time to state on Twitter the following: “Two words describe Simple Plan: “class act”. New bands can learn from an organization like them.”

In the gallery you can now check out some of the pictures from the backstage of both Detroit and Chicago:
