Simple Plan’s stage on Warped Tour revealed

For a few months now we’ve known that Simple Plan would be attending select dates in July on this year’s Vans’ Warped Tour in the U.S. (Holmdel, Scranton, Detroit and Chicago). But it wasn’t until now that the fans got to know which stage they have to head to, to catch Simple Plan in action.

The organisers of Warped Tour released the 2015 Stage Guide today, which revealed that Simple Plan will be playing on the Shark Stage. Other bands that will be playing on this stage through-out the whole Warped Tour are e.g. Black Veil Brides, Motion City Sountrack or The Wonder Years. You can check out the full stage guide here.

Simple Plan to perform at Vans Warped Tour in July!

The long-awaited news of Simple Plan returning to the United States has just arrived! Simple Plan have been announced as the latest addition to the Vans Warped Tour! This will mark the band’s 10th appearance on this tour.

Besides Simple Plan, the Warped line-up currently includes other acts, such as We Came As Romans, Black Veil Brides, Pierce The Veil, Metro Station or PVRIS.

Because the band has other obligations during summer, they will be playing only four dates of the whole tour: Holmdel, Scranton, Detroit and Chicago, all in July. According to Chuck, the band is aware of their fans in the US and definitely plans to get back there with a full tour once the new album is released.

Chuck to guest judge Canada’s Battle of the Bands for a Warped Tour spot

The Canadian edition of Vans Warped Tour’s Battle of the Bands, in which fans decide which of the smalled local acts will be chosen for a chance to play live at Warped Tour, will be guest judged by no other than Simple Plan’s own Chuck Comeau this year. The winning band will be provided with $500 and will get to perform at the Canadian dates of Warped Tour – that is Toronto and Montreal (July 4th and 5th) and will also receive a Vans prize pack full of gear.
