As you’ve been informed yesterday, Jeff attended the GRIS Montreal conference as a representative of the Simple Plan Foundation to support the organisation’s goals of fighting homophobia at schools. “When GRIS came to us to work with them we thought it would be interesting to promote dialogue in schools and together we created an award – the “Prix GRIS-Fondation Simple Plan» which rewards a school that has the best education project. This year it was a school in Laval – the school created 16 groups to talk about cyber-bullying, coming out, how to set a dialogue in a teaching background about homophobia, against violence, cyber-bullying and bullying at school.” – Jeff Stinco
