As you already know, a couple days ago, Adam Elmakias visited one of Pierre and Chuck’s song-writing sessions again and once again took a couple of pictures. The boys have now shared two of these images through Instagram and you can check them out in the gallery:
For the past couple of months, Chuck and Pierre have been working very hard on the songs for Simple Plan’s upcoming album. You may have noticed that despite the previous estimates that the band would be hitting the studio in January, we’re already a couple days in the next month and the two song-writers are still in Los Angeles, working on more songs. Recently, Jeff stated on Twitter that the band is preparing for entering the studio in the “near future.” Now what exactly that means timewise, we still have no clue of.
However what we do know is that Pierre and Chuck still keep using the time left before hitting the studio to try to come up with some more songs. Yesterday, Pierre posted a new picture from yet another song-writing session with Chuck, this time at Chuck’s place. What do you reckon – could the text on the whiteboard possibly be some new song-titles? Check it out:

A brand new photo from last year’s Alternative Press Music Awards (APMAs) of Chuck Comeau appeared online – this time featuring also Brian Logan Dales, the lead singer of the band The Summer Set. The two band members along with Josh Madden were the hosts of Idobi radio’s coverage of this award show last July.

On June 14th 2014, David Desrosiers from Simple Plan was one of the attendees of the March to Close All Slaughterhouses, organised by KARA which took place in various cities across the globe including Paris, Toulouse, Toronto, New York, Los Angeles, Bern, Sydney, Kassel, London and also Montreal.

Jeff’s latest business venture, a bar called Mimi La Nuit, located in the Old Montreal, held a launch evening for the local media on Tuesday, January 27th. Besides reporters for various Canadian media outlets and Jeff Stinco, Sebastien Lefebvre and Patrick Langlois were also present at this event.
