Every year around the Christmas time, some of the members of Simple Plan go to the local hospitals to spread some love and joy to the sick children there. This year wasn’t any exception and yesterday Chuck, Sebastien and Jeff decided to visit the kids at the Sainte-Justine hospital in Montreal, Canada (that their Foundation has been helping for many years now). Just like every year, also this Christmas, Jeff and Sebastien attended the annual “Guignolee du Dr. Julien” event in Montreal, Canada, which took place on Saturday, December 14th. At the event, donations are collected for the Dr Julien Foundation, a non-profit organisation (that the Simple Plan Foundation has been helping for many years now) that helps more than 2000 children by providing medical, psychosocial, psycho-educational or educational intervention, innovative therapies (art therapy, ergotherapy, music therapy), adapted services (orthophony, psychology, pedopsychiatry and neuropsychology) and various other sport and cultural activities (summer camps, music courses, theatre, shows, etc.). This year’s 11th edition of the event raised more than $830 000.
