Chuck introducing Groove app at Founder Fuel in Montreal

On Thursday, July 11th, the Demo Day of the Montreal based accelerator program Founder Fuel took place in the Rialto theater in Montreal, Canada. As a part of the Demo Day were presentations of various startup companies.

Among the presentators was also Chuck Comeau who was asked by the developers of the music app Groove to introduce it to the spectators. Make sure to visit the SimplePlan.cz gallery for a couple of pictures of Chuck on stage at Founder Fuel.

And just a little curiosity for the end: Pierre Savignac, president of Emergex, tweeted this quote from Chuck’s speech at Founder Fuel:

Speaking of Last Call – this band that opened for Simple Plan at Régates de Valleyfield posted a couple new pictures on their Facebook page – including a few more of David Desrosiers with them on stage and also one of two members of Last Call with 4/5 members of Simple Plan. Check it out:

Yesterday during the Régates de Valleyfield event, David joined some of his friends in the band Last Call during their show and played “American Idiot” by Green Day with them on stage. On July 6th Simple Plan performed at the Régates de Valleyfield event in Valleyfield, Canada and according to the organisers the crowd was estimated to be around 30 000 people.
