Simple Plan’s two-night-stay in Chicago: how SP pranked their audience on April 1st

Friday and Saturday night in Chicago completely belonged to Simple Plan, who utterly rocked both of the sold-out shows in the Windy City. The concerts took place at the House Of Blues Chicago and each night 1 800 people, including all the girlfriends and wives of the members of Simple Plan gathered to see the boys play.

And since it was April 1st on Saturday [as you may have noticed yesterday via the SP.cz post yesterday], the guys from Simple Plan could not just leave it be and had to pull a little prank on their second Chicago audience. Danny Vance, Simple Plan’s tour manager got up on the stage before the band was supposed to go on and announced that Simple Plan would not be performing and that all their tickets would be rescheduled for another show. Some fans believed him, some have seen right through the lie – but eventually SP did get on the stage as expected and played another magnificent show.

Chuck and Seb about the importance of music on people’s lives in new interview

A brand new video interview with Chuck and Seb for Music Heals has recently surfaced on the Internet. In this video, both members of Simple Plan discuss how much of an impact music can have on someone’s life – from finding new ways how to lead their lives all the way to actually physically helping patients in hospitals.

Show in Sayreville: crowdsurfing and more crowdsurfing

On March 29th, Simple Plan performed their very first show at Starland Ballroom in Sayrevile, NJ with all 2500 tickets to the concert sold out. And as we can tell from the reactions from both the band and the fans – it was a shame we all weren’t there to see it.

According to some fans, a huge wave of talented crowdsurfers showed off their skills during the show, which got topped only by Chuck’s final stage-dive during Grow Up. Check it out on the video below:

First marriage proposal of NPNHJB tour – in Philadelphia

Last night in Philadelphia was very special for many fans who attended the Simple Plan show at The Fillmore, but even more for two fans in particular: Nick and how now-fiancé, who got engaged with the help of the guys from the band right on the stage!
