Simple Plan’s third show in a row in the past few days took place in Baltimore, MA last night, where about 1000 fans gathered at the sold-out show to witness yet another spectacular NPNHJB show.
But there’s no need to feel sad if you didn’t attend this show – you have a chance to relive it now through the full setlist of songs available on YouTube!
It just wouldn’t be a New York Minute without ‘Vacation’, eh?
Thanks to Katie who attended Simple Plan’s soundcheck in New York City yesterday, you can now check out the band rehearsing the song ‘Vacation’, which might just pop up on one of the upcoming setlists on the NPNHJB tour as a surprise [more info here].
Simple Plan put together a couple of shots from one of the most magical shows of the NPNHJB tour so far, in Boston, MA, and created a cool little new video for I’d Do Anything.
The shows of the NPNHJB tour just seem to be getting better and better over time. After a day off, Simple Plan returned to the stage last night in Boston, MA, where they were presented with a sold-out show at the House Of Blues Boston, which holds up to 2500 people.
The setlist received just a tiny change in comparison to the previous shows: ‘Jet Lag’ was replaced by the song ‘This Song Saved My Life’, who’s music video coincidentally celebrates its 4th birthday today. The whole setlist looked like this:
1. I’d Do Anything
2. The Worst Day Ever
3. You Don’t Mean Anything
4. I’m Just A Kid
5. When I’m With You
6. Meet You There
7. Addicted
8. My Alien
9. God Must Hate Me
10. I Won’t Be There
11. One Day
12. Grow Up
13. Perfect
Encore:
14. Shut Up!
15. Jump
16. Boom
17. Your Love Is A Lie
18. This Song Saved My Life
19. Crazy
20. Welcome To My Life

If you’ve been following Simple Plan news for a while, you know that the band gets very involved in a number of social causes with their Simple Plan Foundation. A couple years ago, in cooperation with the GRIS Montreal organization, they created he so called “GRIS-Simple Plan Foundation prize”, which is annually awarded to one students initiative in Quebec, which helps fight against homophobia (see posts about the awards given out in 2015, 2014 and 2013).
GRIS Montreal, who’s goal is to help demystify homosexuality and bisexuality at schools in the whole province of Quebec, recently revealed its new promo video for the GRIS-Simple Plan Foundation prize. The video starts out with Singing In The Rain in the background and with a number of students discussing the subject of homosexuality and how they decided to help demystify it in their own school. In the end of the video, Jeff, Chuck and Sebastien invite more students to take part in this social cause and help make the world a better place.
The prize consists of a $2000 scholarship (which is to be used to finance future activities in their school environment, this time aiming at combating all forms of discrimination – racism, sexism, homophobia, etc.), a commemorative plaque and a certificate for each person who participated in the project.
Check out the brand new promo video for the GRIS-Simple Plan Foundation prize below and don’t forget to also check out the gallery here, where you can now also find a behind the scenes picture from making of this video with Simple Plan in February.
